2.      Own and operate our own factory
With 2 dedicated PCBA assembly lines, we have the flexibility to handle small run custom designs. And our turn around time is quick- typically 4-6 weeks max. Every screen Bluefin manufactures spends 24 hours in a temperature controlled “burn-in” room where screens are preloaded with test video patterns and go through a vigorous series of tests ensuring zero DOA failures.  For custom orders, final content is factory preinstalled with every feature tested before they are packaged for shipping. With the Bluefin approval on each screen shipped, you can expect a smoother project rollout.

 

3.      Dedicated design and engineering team

Our dedicated design team can take your concept, and work with you to make it into a reality. Our team of engineers ensures every screen is designed to run 24/7/365 utilizing industrial level components. That includes metal housings, high-quality “A” graded screens, endurance tested PCBA boards, and superior components.  

 

 

4.      US based sales and support.

Our sales and support team are dedicated and offer a single point of contact at Bluefin for comprehensive customer support. Additionally, our products are warehoused in the US and through national distribution.  Simply stated, this offers our customers an added layer of quality control.  No third-party warehouses. We select your screens, we package them, and we ship all our orders. This means you get completed orders in a timely manner, and we can ensure shipments reach our customers promptly. Our customers won’t be affected by long leads times and supply chain issues as a result.
